Job Duties
- Install residential and/or commercial solar PV systems according to design plans and local codes
- Mount racking systems on rooftops or ground-mounted structures
- Secure and install solar panels, inverters, and related hardware
- Perform basic electrical wiring, conduit bending, and connections (DC/AC)
- Assist with system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and layout plans
- Ensure installations meet safety, quality, and performance standards
- Follow OSHA and company safety protocols, including fall protection
- Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectively
- Communicate with crew leads, electricians, and project managers
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Load, transport, and handle materials and equipment
- Identify and report installation issues or site concerns
- Participate in ongoing training and certification as required
- Comfortably able to lift 75lbs, climb ladders and work on the roof in varying temperatures
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
- Must have transportation (public or private) to/from job sites
- May require travel
- The position is full‐time, based in Grass Valley, CA.

Pay Transparency
